History:
Founded in 1948 in the Premier Cru village of Sacy, when André and Micheline Chemin made the bold decision to produce Champagne from their own grapes, an uncommon path at the time. Today, the third generation led by Sebastian and Eva continues this legacy, producing Champagnes that reflect the chalky soils of Sacy, hands-on craftsmanship, and a quiet confidence built over decades.
